That’s where coaching comes in!
Coaching gives you a supportive space to clarify and figure out what works for you. It provides the needed structure, guidance, feedback, and accountability as you make meaningful and steady changes. It helps you develop real-life strategies that fit who you are, what you do, and how you live.
Together, we will:
clarify what matters most to you,
identify long-term and short-term goals,
create realistic and doable systems and routines that you can actually stick with,
reduce stress and decision fatigue, and
add accountability that feels supportive.

Location and Time
We meet by Zoom or phone at a time that is convenient for both of us. I have availability in the early morning, evening, and on the weekend.
Cost
Please contact for rates. Reduced rates are available for students enrolled in a degree program.
Confidentiality
Our meetings are confidential to the extent permitted by law. Your contact information is used only to contact you about your coaching inquiries and meetings.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment is required in advance of our session. Purchased sessions and packages are not refundable and expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your session. You will be charged the full fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show up for your session.
